Housing Authority Employee

Introduction

Pedro ‘Pepito’ Santiago Sr. worked for the Housing Authority of the City of Camden in the 1980s and 1990s. His later years at the Authority were spent at Westfield Acres, where he worked until his retirement in 1996.

Pedro Santiago passed away on August 7, 2003. He was buried at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson NJ.

Santiago, Pedro, Sr. 'Pepito'

On August 7, 2003, age 72 of Camden, NJ. Beloved husband of Lydia R. Santiago (nee Arroyo), who he was married to for 47 years. Loving father of Linda Torres, Diana Santiago, Pedro Santiago Jr., Ricardo Santiago and Johnny Santiago. Devoted grandfather of 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and a sister, Consuello Santiago.

Mr. Santiago worked as a welder for 21 years, he also worked for the Camden Housing Authority retiring in 1996. He proudly served in the United States National Guard for 4 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Sunday evening from 7 to 9 PM and Monday morning from 8:45 AM at The FALCO/CARUSO & LEONARD PENNSAUKEN FUNERAL HOME, 6600 North Browning Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 AM at Holy Name Church, 5th and Vine Streets, Camden, NJ. Burial following the Mass at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
