CHARLES N. PANELLI was born in Camden NJ on July 16, 1925 to John and Carmela Panelli. He was the fifth of six children, coming after Phillip, Michael, Rose, and Theresa, and before youngest sister Sadie. When the Census was taken in 1930 the family lived at 259 Chestnut Street. John Panelli supported his family working as a construction laborer. Charles N. Panelli served in the United States Navy during World War II, After returning to Camden he eventually joined the Camden Fire Department. In the 1960s and early 1970s Charles N. Panelli lived at 2845 Wayne Avenue in Cramer Hill. By 1977 he had moved to Grant Avenue in Pennsauken NJ. Last a resident of Blackwood NJ, Charles N. Panelli died on March 12, 2007. |

March 12, 2007; of Pennsauken, NJ; age 81 years.
Beloved husband of the late Janeann (nee Coshland); Devoted father of
Jeanette Panelli, and John C. Panelli; Loving grandfather of Nicole
Panelli; Dear brother of Rose Alessandroni; Dear stepfather of the late
Janeann Stewart.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Panelli was a fireman with the Camden Fire
Department for many years. He was also a United States Navy Veteran of
World War II.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on
Thursday from 7 to 9 PM and Friday from 8:30 to 9:15 AM at the FALCO/CARUSO
& LEONARD Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 North Browning Road. Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM, Friday at the Church of
St. Peter, 43 West Maple Avenue in Merchantville. Interment will follow
at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial
donations may be made to
