Benjamin "Sonny" Morrell

Benjamin "Sonny" Morell was the son of Benjamin L. and Martha Morrell. He was a star halfback on the Camden Catholic High School football team of the late 1940s and 1950. He suffered a broken neck in the third quarter of a game with Bridgeton High School on October 14, 1950. He died on October 17, 1950 at the age of 17.
