Non-Support Charge Holds Father of Five

Dominic Caccase, 52, of 217 Mickle Street, was ordered held in $500 bail for hearing in Police Court on a non-support charge yesterday. His wife, Grace, charges Caccase failed to provide for her and their five children since December 20, 1931. He was arraigned before Justice or the Peace Albert A. Mungioli, of 314 Stevens street following his arrest by Constable Jack O'Grady.

Squire in Assault Case is Given Probation

Albert Mungioli, 31, of 314 Stevens Street, a justice of the peace, who pleaded not guilty before Judge Samuel M. Shay on April 17 to charges of assault and battery on a brother-in-law, received a suspended sentence of three months in jail yesterday. Mungioli was put on probation for 18 months.

Mungioli was charged with kicking John Strang, 307 South Third Street, in the nose, after an altercation at his home last March. Mungioli said he ordered some relatives out of his house, including Strang, and that the latter struck him.

Third Ward Democrats Endorse Candidates - Camden Courier-Post - August 30, 1935

Members of the Third Ward Regular Democratic Club unanimously endorsed the candidates of the entire Democratic county ticket for the coming primary, County Committeeman Charles Salvaggio announced last night.

The club pledged its support to Charles Salvaggio and Mrs. Mamie Mungioli who seek re-election to the county committee, and to Albert Mungioli and Ferdano Scatasti for Justice of the Peace. Carmen Pitadallo was appointed campaign manager. Louis Di Renzo, president, presided.
