LAKESHORE DRIVE is in the Morgan Village section of Camden, part of a post-World War II housing development where all of the streets, with exception of Lakeshore Drive and South 12th Street, were named after generals and admirals who commanded U.S. forces during the war. Lakeshore Drive is a curved street. running southeast from Morgan Street then curving east and eventually northeast at Fairview Street, with South 12th Street, and Denfield Street intersecting along the way.
