Laet's Lane

Camden Street

Introduction

Laet’s Lane appears as an un-named alley in the 1891 Sanborn Map, running from Trenton Avenue towards Haddon Avenue between 539 and 541 Trenton Avenue. The intent was to have this small street, in actuality an alley, continue through to Haddon Avenue in the same manner as Seward Street, however, when houses were built in the 500 block of Haddon Avenue, Laet’s Lane was cut off from Haddon Avenue.
