Private Thaddeus F. Stevens Jr. was born in 1930. He lived at 128 Merchant Street in Delaware Township (present-day Cherry Hill), NJ prior to entering the Army. Private Stevens was a member of the 24th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. Initially listed as missing, he was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in South Korea on August 21, 1950.
