Biography
Technician Third Class Richard E. Farrow was born in Pennsylvania. His father, Charles T. Farrow, was a pharmacist, and Richard followed in his footsteps. He was well known as a pharmacist in Haddonfield. In 1930 the family owned a home at 131 Kings Highway, Haddonfield. Richard Farrow was a graduate of Haddonfield High School and the Philadelphia School of Pharmacy.
Richard E. Farrow was drafted into the United States Army. He was killed in action while serving as a medic with the 76th Infantry Division on February 7, 1945, at the age of 31. Richard Farrow was survived by his wife Henrietta, and his parents, Charles T. and Louella Farrow.
