Kenneth B. Quigley

Armed Robber and Prison Escapee

Introduction

Kenneth B. Quigley was convicted of committing a number of armed robberies in Camden with an accomplice, George Cubbler, in 1930. Sentenced to a five year term of imprisonment, he broke out of the state penitentiary at Rahway in the fall of 1930, but was returned to prison in December of that year. He apparently learned his lesson and returned to the area. Last a resident of Thorofare, Kenneth B. Quigley passed away in 1982.
