Jacob H. Saltzman
JACOB H. SALTZMAN came home from the Army after World War I to find employ with the Philadelphia police department. He died on April 5, 1938 of service-related causes, leaving behind his wife Esther, daughter Dianna, and son Arnold.
Esther Saltzman moved to Camden, N.J. when she remarried. Her husband, Samuel Goldstein, was in the leather business in New Jersey.

Patrolman Jacob H. Saltzman, a member of the police force for the last 20 years, died yesterday in Philadelphia General Hospital. He was 46.
Saltzman, who lived at 5621 Richfield st., was attached to the harbor police, having been transferred from the 61st and Thompson sts. station seven months ago. He served in a medical unit during the World War.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P. M. Wednesday at 327 Pine st. Burial will be in Montefiore Cemetery. Surviving are his widow, Esther; a daughter, Dianna, 6, and a son, Arnold, 3.
