LINWOOD FISHER was born on September 24, 1943 to Samuel E Fisher Sr. and his wife, the former Josephine Huff. His father was a World War II veteran and a member of the Camden Fire Department, and his parents were active members of Wesley AME Zion Church which until the very late 1960s stood at 753 Sycamore Street. The family, which included brother Samuel E. Fisher Jr., lived at 115 Branch Village in 1947, when his father began service with the Fire Department. They lived at 1820 South 10th Street in the mid-1950s. By 1963 the family had moved to 1620 Kolo Street. Linwood

1967, then returned to civilian life in Camden. |
