I grew up at my parents grocery store about 6 houses from the great Conway family on Van Hook Street in Camden. Frankie C. was my fierce competitor in…Half Ball…We had set up Cope Street. As our 'Field of Dreams' and played day and night for years…He was an honest, talented tough good friend, and will forever be in the Whitman Park Half-Ball Hall of Fame…Eternal rest with God for Dear Frankie…God Bless the Conways… |
