CARL J. ROGERS SR. served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After completing his military service he came back to South Jersey and was appointed to the Camden Police Department, where he served for 25 years. After finishing his career with the police, he worked at the Bancroft School in Haddonfield, New Jersey. |

On September 11, 2012. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Cooper) Rogers.
Survived by son Carl J. "CJ" Rogers Jr. of Pine Hill, brother Robert (Diane) Rogers of Williamstown and
cousin Joseph
Antonini.
Carl served in
the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired as a Police
Officer for the Camden Police Force after 25 years and also worked as Security at the Bancroft School
for 13 years. He was a member of
L.O.O.M Lodge #548 in Lindenwold, Deborah Hospital Sterling Chapter,
FOP Lodge #1 and the Stetser-Lamartine American Legion Post #281.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday 11am to 1pm followed by funeral services 1pm at the: ORA L. WOOSTER FUNERAL HOME, 51 Park Blvd., Clementon, NJ 08021. Cremation will be private following services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Samaritan Hospice 5 Eves Dr. Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
