PRIVATE FIRST CLASS WILLIAM BOUNDAR was born in Pennsylvania in 1919. He had completed 3 years of high school, was married, and worked as a welder prior to his induction into the United States Army on July 21, 1944 at Camden NJ. Sent overseas as an infantry replacement, Private First Class Boundar was assigned to the 121st Infantry Regiment, 8th Infantry Division. He was killed in action during fighting in the Ruhr Pocket on April 3, 1945. He left a wife and children. |
