December 11, 2012. two runs. Criminal tresspassers set a fire in what had been the boiler room of the old Sears Building on Admiral Wislon Boulevard. Camden Fire Department units knocked it down in short order. Another fire was set a few days later. This building undoubtedly will be the site of more arsons until it is finally torn down.
