FIRST LIEUTENANT ROBERT T. ISENBERG was a native of Swissvale PA, not far from Pittsburgh PA. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Isenberg, he later moved to Audubon NJ, where he made his home with his wife, Olga, at 606 West Graisbury Avenue.

Robert Isenberg enlisted in the United States Army in October of 1940. Commissioned as a lieutenant, he was killed in action while serving in France on July 27, 1944. His death was reported in the August 23, 1944 edition of the Camden Courier-Post.
