| Corporal William J. Connelly, Jr. died November
15, 1952 in an automobile accident in Delaware while on his way to
Audubon. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in January
of 1951. After boot camp at Parris Island, North Carolina he was
attached to the
Motor Transport Company at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Note: I was engaged to Cpl. Connelly when he died and we
were to be married on January 3, 1953.
