HART WALK is in the Crescent Gardens development at the extreme south end of Camden's Fairview section. This project was built sometime after 1924 and before 1942. The walk runs southwest from Crescent Drive to Independence Road. 

Hart Walk is named after John Hart, one of the signers of America's Declaration of Independence.
