BEACON Avenue in East Camden begins at the intersection of Line Street and South 30th Streets, crosses Waldorf Avenue and continues to the city line at Highland Avenue. The Avenue continues into Pennsauken Township.

No houses stood on Beacon Avenue when the 1947 City Directories were compiled. Several nice brick homes were built in the following years, all of which are occupied in 2006.
