Tullio Egizi operated a bar at 302 Stevens Street in the late 1930s in into 1940. He transferred his liquor license to 232-234 Stevens Street in May of 1940. By 1959 the bar was known as the High Speed Line Cafe. It was razed to make way for the Royal Court Townhomes housing project. 

Tullio Egizi was born in Italy around 1891. He came to America in 1907, and settled in the Camden area. At the time of the 1930 census he was living at 202 Parker Avenue in Woodlynne NJ, with his wife Theresa, and children Inez, , Frank, Clara, Violet, and Gloria.  He was then working as a carpenter for a building contractor. The Egizi family was still at the Woodlynne address as late as 1977.
