Crane's Tavern opened up in the 1970s at 949 North 25th Street, and operated into the mid 1980s. By 1988 the bar had changed hands and reopened as the Old City Brewery Tavern. The Old City Brewery Tavern is presently closed and the building is for sale as of September 2003.
