Introduction
The ICAC at 1250 Collings Road in Fairview has been operating on a club license since the 1930s. Fairview has no bar licenses south of Newton Creek, so the ICAC has served as a social and athletic hub for the community. One of the charter members was Harry Stokes. This dates back to the days when that part of Fairview was a part of Haddon Township.
