Dr. Jekyll's High Times

Pennsauken Bar
3905 Federal Street, Pennsauken

Introduction

For the full history of this address, see Blue Mirror — 3905 Federal Street.

In 1977 the building at 3905 Federal Street in Pennsauken was renamed Dr. Jekyll’s High Times. The bar drew a young and rowdy crowd, and the police cracked down more than once. The final incarnation of 3905 Federal Street was the short-lived G. Whilliker’s. 3905 Federal Street has been vacant since the early 1980s.

Prior occupants of the address included O’Donnell’s Restaurant & Cafe (1935), the Blue Mirror (late 1940s), the Ron Day Voo Bar (1959–1966), and Dio’s Supper Club (1970).
